Returns and Refunds Policy
At School Mall, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns and refunds policy below.
Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.

- Please note : Incase of wrong item been sent or defect / damaged product received, there should be a proper video of unboxing of your parcel, since the time you have received, in order to receive a claim.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
